Our fabulous centre is based in the heart of Low Fell, right next door to Rosa Twelve.

All availability, services and prices with tutors can be found via our official app (sessions can take place face-to-face at our centre or online via Skype/Zoom) and all of our prices do include VAT. After an Initial Assessment, you can choose to continue booking your tuition on the app, or you are welcome to pre-book tuition at reception with a member of our admin team. (Please note our calendar opens up a month at a time).

When downloading the app, please click 'create an account' and you will receive a confirmation email from Styler (our app developers), once created you can use all the features within the app including booking and editing. We highly recommend turning notifications on as this is how we send important updates, including calendar opening times. To book in click 'Book' on the home page and then select your service, tutor and date/time. Payment is required when booking any tuition in. If you do wish to edit any tuition please go to 'Bookings' and swipe the session you wish to change and click 'edit'.

(Please note for the majority of half terms we are closed, we are however, open 1 day per week during the summer, May and Easter half terms).

An Initial Assessment is a 45 minute sessions, where families receive a centre tour and meet the team. The tutor will carry out a 30 minute assessment with your child and then have a 15 minute discussion with yourself to explain how we can help moving forward and discuss the assessment. This is also a chance to share any areas you would like to discuss, as well as any information you feel we should know before tuition begins.

Yes, there is a £20 joining fee, which sets you up on roll with us. This is payable via bank transfer after your Initial Assessment, before booking any regular tuition. 

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Meaning, if anything is cancelled within that time frame it cannot be rearranged or refunded. 

Our prices start from £34 + VAT. All prices and services can be found via the Kelly's Heroes Private Tuition app. For alternative provision prices and enquiries please get in touch directly.

Under 'Staff' within the app you can read the tutor bio and decide which tutor you feel would be best for your child. You can also get in touch and our team will be happy to advise.

Initially, we begin with one-to-one sessions to ensure students feel comfortable within the centre, where we offer Maths, English and Science tuition. Once the child feels comfortable, we then introduce them to small groups (up to 3-4 students), with children of the same age. We can also offer Skype sessions for those unable to attend in person. Parents can choose to pay for this privately, or alternatively schools can contact us directly as an alternative provision for education.

We offer a warm and welcoming environment, with our unique learning space and fabulous team. The centre is very different to a school setting, with everyone saying it is a positive and relaxing place to be and learn. Our sessions are bespoke and one-to-one for private tuition, meaning we can develop confidence and self esteem in an environment where everyone feels comfortable to make mistakes and learn from them. Students will receive sessions from tutors, with a combined total of over 50 years teaching experience between them, giving your child the best chance to thrive in their exams!

Yes. Our tutors have a wealth of experience working with SEN. Some of our tutors work in SEN schools throughout the day, and others have Masters and Postgrads in SEN. If you would like help choosing the right tutor for your child, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

The way the sessions work is an Initial Assessment takes place online (lasting 45 minutes), from there Kelly creates lessons and sends them onto the platform your child to watch and then complete. Once completed and it has been submitted back, Kelly marks and gives feedback. The 1:1 virtual tuition gives weekly bespoke lessons for your child.

Yes, we offer tuition for those hoping to sit entrance exams for private schools. We have helped many students over the years with these exams, who have all been successful. When booking and completing your DocuSign, please state that you would like support with this.
