All availability, services and prices with tutors can be found via our official app (sessions can take place face-to-face at our centre or online via Teams/Zoom) and all of our prices do include VAT. After an Initial Assessment, you can choose to continue booking your tuition on the app, or you are welcome to pre-book tuition at reception with a member of our admin team. (Please note our calendar opens up a month at a time).

When downloading the app, please click 'create an account' and you will receive a confirmation email from Styler (our app developers), once created you can use all the features within the app including booking and editing. We highly recommend turning notifications on as this is how we send important updates, including calendar opening times. To book in click 'Book' on the home page and then select your service, tutor and date/time. Payment is required when booking any tuition in. If you do wish to edit any tuition please go to 'Bookings' and swipe the session you wish to change and click 'edit'.​

An Initial Assessment is a 45 minute sessions, where families receive a centre tour and meet the team. The tutor will carry out a 30 minute assessment with your child and then have a 15 minute discussion with yourself to explain how we can help moving forward and discuss the assessment. This is also a chance to share any areas you would like to discuss, as well as any information you feel we should know before tuition begins.

Yes, there is a £20 joining fee, which sets you up on roll with us. This is payable via bank transfer after your Initial Assessment, before booking any regular tuition. 

Under 'Staff' within the app you can read the tutor bio and decide which tutor you feel would be best for your child. You can also get in touch and our team will be happy to advise.

Yes. Our tutors have a wealth of experience working with SEN. Some of our tutors work in SEN schools throughout the day, and others have Postgrads in SEN. If you would like help choosing the right tutor for your child, please get in touch and we will be happy to help. 

Yes, we offer tuition for those hoping to sit entrance exams for private schools. We have helped many students over the years with these exams, who have all been successful. When booking and completing your DocuSign, please state that you would like support with this.
